I'm upset because I'm cheated ...
When we purchased the device we were informed that the maps would be updated at all times.
Logging in now does not allow me to update the map version because it has expired. Why did this happen?
The promise was that I would be able to update the map all the time the device was up and running ...
Maybe I'm not doing something like that?

    We have fixed the map update for your TomTom Start 25, please connect the device and check for updates in MyDrive Connect.

    Which map version is installed on your Start 25?
    If your GPS has lifetime map updates, you can download one map per quarter.

    I bought the more recent version Europe via TomTom MyDrive in February.
    Failed to get this installed on my sat nav.
