My Online account does not show my Go App subscription.

My Go App is logged with the same email address as google pay which is also the same login email for my online account.

    Normally the subscription can be seen on App > Settings > Subscription > Manage.

    Thanks for your answer however I am aware of that. My subscription does not appear on the online account. I am using the same gmail account both online and in the Android App as well as the same is the case for Google play.

    Delete the application on your phone log in with your credentials that allowed you to buy the application on Play store download the application again with the button installed select your phone.

    I tried the above but does not work.
    I have attached my screenshots for the TomTom online account and also the Google Play account. Both these are using the same email address.zddqdg9o5ob1.png

    On your Tomtom account you will not see your subscription, only Google Play manages your subscription.
