how to download the world map on my new SD card

I bought the world map and a 32 MB Sd card for my Classic Go. I got confirmation of my purchase of the map in my account. I can't find it back in my account to download it. What tod do? Thx for help

    There have been no phone lines for customer support since the start of Covid and no indication they will be restored.

    Try the following:-

    Tap Support at the top of this page
    You then HAVE to Sign in Top Right of next Page. (you have to do this)
    When signed in, and not before, Tap Contact Us bottom right
    Support Box appears and at the bottom with a message option
    Type Contact or Chat in the box
    If Chat is available you should be offered the chance to Tap Live Chat
    If it is Out of Hours for Chat you should be offered an option to message however I would stick with trying to connect to Chat

    If it does not work exactly as described then try another Web Browser.

    The map is available on your Mydrive connect account connect your GPS to your computer select the map and download it.

    Check that at the time of purchase you have selected the Go classic account.

    I don't find it on Mydrive account. I am also not sure that at the time of the purchase I selected the Go Classic account. Do you think they can sent it again?

    Go classic update via wi-fi . Check on GPS added map.

    Come back later, moderator @VikramK will review your account and check if the card was assigned to the correct account.

    The order has not been allocated to your account yet. Get in touch with our customer service team along with the order number and device serial number. They should help you sort this out.
