Go Premium X is not connect in roaming

In my country (Italy) device is correctly connected using its sim. When i go to a foreign country (es. France and Switzerland) the connection no longer works. what can I do?

    Welcome to the community!
    In Switzerland, the 2G network has been discontinued and so the in-built SIM won't be able to connect to TomTom Services.

    If you are driving around the French-Swiss border, then it's possible that the connection could still be impacted.
