    Hi @bvalue

Look back here later to see what @VikramK has to say after he has reviewed the logs for your unit.

    Hi @bvalue
Welcome to the community! Map activated, just check for updates in TomTom HOME.

Are you sure you removed the map from the device, and you haven't installed a back-up version stored on your computer?

Steps below for reinstallation of the map and TomTom HOME application.

    1. Remove map

    https://help.tomtom.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360013901300

    2. Disconnect the device and reinstall TomTom HOME

This will require a clean uninstall, so follow the detailed procedure from here- https://help.tomtom.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360013901520

Download a fresh version of TomTom HOME

    3. Connect the device and download a fresh map offered as an update-
