TomTom HOME: "No device connected"

Hello,

when inserting the SD card TomTom HOME 22.2.1.0 Silicon Mac starts but says: "No device connected".

How to solve?

    the SD card from the navi of my Renault Kangoo. Alway worked with my old iMac.

    Exactly the same problem. My device is Carminat live from a Renault Clio 2012. I am using a Mac running Monterey. I even bought a brand new Renault Europe SD card out of desperation, but still get the message No device connected

    I have the same problem. Mazda SD Card. Worked perfectly until I updated the TomTom application. Windows 10
    What's up?

    can i downgrade to previous TomTom Home app?
