Go 600 no live traffic

my go 600 has been been acting up lately. my phone and the device is connected via Bluetooth but the main screen icon for live traffic has an x on it. my drive app on phone is active. on TT services screen says live traffic is active. so why does map says no live traffic. map does not have color for traffic indication. any help is appreciated. thanks

    Are you using an Apple phone running IOS 13 or later?
