Sd card faulty

Can anyone help. I've had my scenic mk3 with Tom tom built in for 2 years brought from a second hand dealer. Yesterday my sd card seems to b stuck in a loop from hour glass to renault sign. I've tried to put the card in my computer but it doesn't even pick it up. I'm confused any help would b greatly appreciated

    If I buy a new sd card can I use the 10.65 version or do I have to get another 259204051R

    Do you have a Carminat GPS on your Scénic?

    When you insert the SD card into the computer, you can open and view the files?

    You can also buy a new SD with the cartography on the Tomtom site.

    Yes it is carminat GPS live. When I put the sd card in the computer I can c and open files, but as soon as I open a file or try to make a copy the card unmounts b4 it's finished.

    Managed to copy my card to a new sd card. I've linked it to tomtom home but now it says you can not use this map on this device united_kingdom_and_replublic_of_ireland-161
    Help please
