Hello, I also purchased a TomTom GO 620 in December 2021 and yesterday when I went to update it it also tells me that my subscription to the radars for life has expired.

    Radar subscpition should be life time as box's description says but it has expired already.

    speed camera service is now assigned to your device, just Press and hold the On/Off button until your device restarts. This can take more than fifteen seconds and then check for an update.

    I purchased a TomTom Go 620 from Amazon serial number ZExxxxxxx33 in March 2022. It says lifetime support for Speed Cameras on the box, but now I have received an email saying it is about to expire.
