Brand new Go Discover services not activated

I've a new Go Discover 7" paired with a Pixel 4a(5g) phone and all the services are shown as not activated
In addition the My drive android app doesn't find the sat-nav in spite of it being paired and connected. Never had issues like this with a new TomTom. Tempted to send it back and switch to Garmin

    Welcome to the community! We have fixed this in the backend. Just do a soft reset and check again.
