Order Despatch Advice

As I travel frequently for my work my existing Tomtom has been an essential tool but it has become unreliable as it now shuts down randomly and usually when I am in the back roads and need it. The existing device is about six years old so I decided to order (dated March 29 this year) via the Tomtom website, a new TomTom GO Supreme . I have received and order confirmation by email and the online account order status shows in progress. I am assuming that the device will be shipped from either the UK or Europe to Australia. I appreciate that with the current world situation(s) shipping delays occur but I cannot seem to get any idea from Tomtom when I can expect it to be marked as shipped.

Any advice on this would be appreciated.
