not syncing to my device

i have a tomtom rider 500 which has always worked well. my issue currently is the sync for my routes has stopped working. i have not errors just the device doesn't update with new or edited routes. my iPhone app shows many routes which are mirrored by the PC version of my drive but when i look at my device the routes do not update. I am iPhone 12 ios 15. PC W11. on my device i have restarted it. signed in and out of the wifi. signed in and out of my drive on the tom tom i have also plugged the tomtom into the PC to update
Please help ??
