My devices on my TomTom account

Apprentice Traveler
I use a GO Basic 6" and a new GO620. Both are not indicated on my account; tried with the suggested operation by myDrive connect winth the devices connected to the usb port on my PC, buto nothing. Both my devices are wifi devices and both I connected to the my home wifi for the update. Is not possible to see them on my TomTom account?

    Could you try few steps as below (for each device)-

    1. Disconnect the device from the computer.
    2. Perform a factory reset- Main menu- Settings- System- Reset
    3. Log-in to MyDrive on the device- Main menu Settings- MyDrive
    4. Now connect the device to the computer and open MyDrive Connect.

    Do you see your device listed under your account?

    Hi Vikramk thank you for the collaboration.
    I use to make my routes, before voyage, using also Google maps as reference and I have now aboute34 routes on my device, both devices because for the same account.
    I hope that after reset all routes are on TomTom servers and when I connet after reset to MyDive with my account they are also on each device without losses.
    It's true?
    After the reset I have to download the map that I use again?
    All device configuration is lost?
