Go 620 - where are the world maps? need USA map

hi I've just got a Go 620, chose it because it said world maps were on it but guess what oh no they arnt! I want a map of the USA but all that's on there is Europe - can someone help? thanks

    My team has fixed the services for your TomTom, just do a soft reset and try adding maps?

    So impressed with the speedy resolution! The maps were available and I popped in a memory card to down load the one I wanted as there wasn’t enough space without deleting the Europe map. Thanks so much
