Start 25 Lifetime Maps update failed

I am updating my old Start 25 due to vehicle change, however even after completing the soft reset, it will not allow me to update the maps. Only selection is to purchase a new map as it advised Map Update Service subscription has failed. Please advise

    My team has fixed the services for your TomTom, just do a soft reset and check for updates.
