Fast way to show alternative on Carplay with traffic jams

I'm not able to quickly show my route with traffic jams. I found out that I have to go to route options->alernative routes. This is not very quick for safety in the car.

    do you have take fastest route selected when available.

    Selected it now, but I don't understand the difference for this option.

    I'll mark this as an improvement request for the team. For now, you indeed need to go to Route options> Alternatives to see all the available options.
