World maps purcahsed and not available

I have purchased a Go620 with world maps and free life-time updates but i am unable to download any world maps as they not showing as available to me

    You don't need to buy a map, the Go 620 already offers world maps for free download.

    Contact customer service to request a refund for the card.

    World maps are now active on your device. You should be able to install them.
