Traffic not working on Go Premium

I have started to use my new Go Premium Wi-Fi and the traffic isn't working. It states it activated but keeps telling me the service isn't available. I have followed the instructutions and watched the video.
I have reset the device multiple times and have no wifi connection activated or phone connected either, plus the device is fully charged.
GRPS is connected and MyDrive is working perfect.
So what to do?
For me it looks like the same problem as @jez147 had in May 2021 and @VikramK solved it.

    My team has activated services for your TomTom, just do a soft reset and check again.
