Update 2.22 of TomTom HOME for MacOS is NOT working

I have MacOS 10.13.
Try to open TomTom Home (v.2.21.21.5), says there is a critical update, it download v.2.22.1.0, then the installer says something (it's not even in a language that I know "Nepalaikoma „macOS“ versija. Atnaujinkite į „macOS TomTomHOME Upgrade“ ar naujesnę versiją."
Tried to download the installer from https://help.tomtom.com/hc/en-us/articles/360013960739-Installing-TomTom-HOME#h_ea41b407-8df9-4c0a-b655-e9517674bea7
The version for macOS 10.12 and newer tryes to install v.2.22.1.0 with the same error.
The version for 10.11 or lower installs a v2.11 something and when opened just tries to insall incremetally newer version until it reaches the 2.22.1.0 and fail miserably.
Tried also to extract just the program with pacifist, but for some reason it thinks it's still v.2.21.x and tries to update to 2.22.
This update is REALLY bugged.
Please help. I'm going on vacation this easter and I need to install new maps.

Could you do a clean reinstallation of the application, I would recommend following the steps in the sequence here-

Just got an update from the team that we currently have an issue with TomTom HOME software application with installing on Mac OS v10.13 and below.
An internal ticket has been created for this - CCARE-3527.
It's been actively looked into, but we don't have a defined timeframe for a fix on this one. If it's really urgent for you to update the maps, then please try using a different computer.
