Activity not loading

Good Day
I have been synchrinising my TomTom sports watch with TomTom sport app on my phone, it does synchronise but does not load the activity, i have also connected the watch to my pc and tried synchronising it with TomTom sports connect still it does not load the recent activity. Can you please help me.

    How do you know it is synchronizing, are you getting any messages? Are you sure you have the smae email set up in Sports Connect as you are logging into the website with? It is is successfully uploading then it is likely you are logging into a different account.
