Map no found Tomtom XXL

Hello, I have Tomtom XXL (SN:GXxxxxxxx96). During the update by Tomtom Home yesterday, the map was gone. Now, I got the message of 'No maps found!'. I could not recover it and could not find the map in Tomtom Home. Please help me to recover the map back to Tomtom XXL. Thanks.

    Hi i updated my XXL and now it says no map found, i dont have any backups when i plug the device in.
