    If you have been more than 18 months without a subscription, your Sim card must have been deactivated on Go 1005.

    In my personal settings, Live Services is set to "paid" and "active", but not available on my NAVI.
    I've been trying to get clarification on this from TomTom Support for several weeks.
    So far, all attempts have been negative or without a reaction.
    I've never experienced such "sh..." support and it's frustrating.
