Tom Tom Go 620 USA map download

Hi

I have just purchased a Tom Tom Go 620 with lifetime world maps - I am UK based - I cannot see an option to download USA maps which I require. Can someone please advise?

    My team has fixed the services for your TomTom, just do a soft reset and check for updates.
