Is there any reason why your devices seem to missing the current time, they show an arrival time when a route is planned. It would be great if the device also showed the current time?

    It's been asked for many times. The requests have been ignored.

    tomtom are very slow in dealing with faults or requests and have not included any new features on devices for a long time.
    New software only has bug fixes and they never tell you exactly what those fixes are....Very poor

    Current time can be shown on Go 5200 WiFi Settings>Appearance>Route Bar>Show current time https://download.tomtom.com/open/manuals/gox20x/refman/TomTom-GO-EU-RG-en-gb.pdf

    Route Bar
    Select Settings in the Main Menu, then select Appearance.
    Select Arrival information to change the arrival information you see in the route bar.
    Select Route information to change the route information you see on the route bar.
    Show current time
    Select this setting to show the current time in the guidance view. When switched on, the current
    time is shown at the bottom of the route bar.
