USA map not showing on TomTom Go 620

Hi there, is anyone able to help please? I have just bought a Go 620 but there isn’t an option to download the USA map, only Europe. I need the USA map as we’re leaving on Friday! If someone could help it would be much appreciated.

    My team has fixed the services for your TomTom, just do a soft reset and check for updates.
