No radio/Audio info on my carminat media in megane 3 from 2011

There are no Audio info on my carminat media screen?? Everyting works, GPS is OK, Sound from radio an CD is ok, But No Info on Carminat screen regarding Audio or Radio channel info. The blok on bottom of the screen with radio channel info is missing as well
Does anybody had the same problem?

I think it's a hardware problem?
Have you tried resetting your GPS, turn off the engine, then remove the memory card. Reinsert the memory card, wait 30 seconds, then turn the engine back on.0 -

it needs reconfiguration, I can do it but only if you are in Northern Ireland0

You need CAN Clip tool to do it as well as Clip and Reprog software, not something you can do on your own without it0

Have you asked a Renault dealer if they can reconfigure your Carminat.0

Yes i did and they informed that if they have to check it and reprogram it, they will charge 150 Eur.
I have contact the main Renault of Denmark and they have send my request to France and the answar was contact Tom Tom ??0 -
If it is a hardware issue, Tomtom cannot help you.0

It is not hardware issue, it can be fixed with Renault CAN Clip tool - it is hardware tool, you can't download it, only software for it can be downloaded.
Renault can fix it for you and unless you have some other 3rd party specialists - you have to go to them so they will reconfigure radio + satnav + MIU (bic) and hard reset all 3 of them0
