Carminat on megane 3 from 2011

There are no Audio info on my carminat media screen?? Everyting works, GPS ik OK, Sound from radio an CD ik ok, But No Info on Carminat screen regarding Audio or Radio channel info vs.

    The blok on bottom of the screen that idicates the Radio channel is missing as well.

    That can't be fixed but not remotely. Either I can do it if you are in Northern Ireland or main dealer can fix it by running autoconfig and hard reset in 3 modules: SATNAV, MIU (BIC) and RADIO. Radio config is optional though I would do in all 3

    I understand.
    It is not possible for my to come to N.Ireland
    Main dealer informed that they are not supporting Carminat, cause it is old now. sooo

    They have means to support it, Renault CAN Clip tool or Alliance V is available with the main dealer and the procedure of autoconfig is not hard. Maybe find another dealer
