New SatNav Unit Error

I've just replaced the SatNav unit in my 2010 megane Mk3 but when I insert the existing memory card, it displays 'can't use map'. Having read other forum posts it looks like it might be resolvable?

    Also, when I plug my memory card into my MacBook, I get this message saying I can't link more that 1 device to my e-mail account but I have only ever had 1 Carminat Device....? ntbwqigfeey0.png

    yes! since you replaced device (btw, you replaced with older model) it asks if you want to link account to new (replaced) device instead of the old one.

    @AngryBird even better, shame it doesn't read my card though. Having read similar posts, hopefully they can add a new map to my account to fix the issue :-)

    If you have inserted the old SD in the new carminat the SD card will not be recognized
    One SD card can only work on one device.
