renault carminat sd card fail

I have a renault megane carmine that the sd card has failed, I have initialised a new sd card and updated using tomtom home but get the error problem with map, cannot use this map on this device? can anyone help?

    I have activated a map for your TomTom, please remove the existing map first and download a fresh version offered as a download in TomTom HOME.
