TomTom Europe App on iPhone

Hi I have TomTom Europe and very happy with it. I have family sharing and would like to download it on my wife's phone but it is no longer in the App store. I have seen that in a previous thread a link was provided in similar circumstances but that link does not seem to work. Can anyone tell me how to download the app?

    Welcome to the Community! We removed the old TomTom Navigation from the AppStore (including the links from other threads). The first generation app you’re referring to, we are no longer able to support and no longer offer updates for. It was replaced by GO Mobile App and now it's in the 3rd generation, i.e. Go Navigation App. I would advise you to check in with our support via Chat/Email.

    Thanks for the response Lampard. Do you have an email address for support? The chat doesn't seem to get past the automated bot and when I click on the contact link on the bottom of the page after a few seconds it keeps looping back to the home page!
