Hi
i have tried to update my TomTom GO500, i appear to have lost the lifetime map updates as mydrive connect is asking me to pay.
how can this be ? i just want the latest map without paying.
please advise what has gone wrong and how this can be rectified.

I don't find any problems with lifetime services on your TomTom GO 500.
I think there is not enough space to install newer maps on the internal memory of the device.
Could you check if you are able to update a small map using MyDrive Connect?

Hi thanks for checking.
I have re-connected and it now offers me all maps / updates - good news.
It did not offer me any updates the previous time, hence my question.
I have not changed the memory card or saved on the device.
I have now updated my maps for Europe and the USA.
