GPX 1.2 format with soft and hard points

Hello, is there any chance that we will get an update so that the GPX1.2 format can be used in my Rider 550? The big advantage is that various defined stops (tank stops, restaurants, etc) within the GPX route can be used as hard points on the route and that the soft points are invisible. You can see and know the distance to your next planned stop on the route etc. while not having to load the next part of the route.
