No traffic info under WIFI-home

I am user of Tomtom Go (for android) for more than 3 years.
I use it very often at home to check the traffic status before I start driving.
The problem is that if my smartphone is connected to my Wifi home, the traffic information does not appear, never.
But if I use 4G data it comes at once.
I have tried others Wifi (public) and the traffic info is shown well.
This is a very weird issue cause I can update all maps when using home-wifi, but the traffic info never appears.
I have a Samsung Galaxy S10+, android 12 and Tomtom Go last version.
My home-wifi is WIFI6, WPA2
Any ideas what the problem is?

May be this could help: Use IPv4 instead of IPv6at smartfone and provider both.

All apps work great with my home-wifi and 4G.
This issue happens only with the Tomtom Go app.
In fact, the maps can be updated with Wi-Fi, the roads closed by works are displayed correctly, but the traffic status is not.
Have tried to contact Tomtom many times since october 2021 but I have been ignored.0 -
It's the TT server for real time traffic data.
IPv6 and use of special ports also DNS is blocked by some providers.
Search the forum for KPN NL how to make use of IPv4 only for TT.0
