United Kingdom & Republic of Ireland Latest map version ??

Hi Folks,

I have a TomTom GO 5000 which has served me very well. Currently I have the United Kingdom & Republic of Ireland map installed on the device and it states it is v9.45 from with TomTom MyDrive Connect.

Could someone please tell me if this is the latest version of this map?

    Thank you for your swift response. If the latest version is 10.85 then why is MyDrive Connect not picking this up for my device?

    It came with lifetime map updates?

    Look back later to see what @VikramK or @lampard have to say after they have reviewed your units settings on the TT servers.

    In case you are not aware a Soft Reset means pressing and holding in the On/Off button for about 20 seconds plus until you hear the drumroll sound then let button go.

    Thank you both for your replies. Many years of TomTom ownership (no offence intended) have taught me to always do a soft reset prior to any update. I did this yesterday before posting this query.

    We did some changes in the backend. And for the same to reflect on your side, a soft reset is advised before performing an update.

    This worked perfectly and I now have v10.85 installed.

    Is this a permanent fix or will I have the same issue with each map update?
