Trucker 6000 Not started

Hi,

I have a trucker 6000 and I recently updated it. After the update I tried to turn the device on and it went to the TomTom start up screen and the drum roll but nothing else happened. I then tried the recovery mode and all it would do is cycle between on and off. It would not bring up the white text.

I followed all the instruction on TomToms youtube video, including charging it for two hours.

Any help would be brilliant.

Welcome to the community! The recover mode should ideally fix any problems with firmware glitches
I would recommend reporting this to our customer service team.
