Purchased Speed Camera update but hasn't appeared in MyDrive Connect to download

Hi,
I purchased speed camera update at 11:30am this morning, email received saying delivered; and money pending from my account. However the update isn't appearing in 'mydrive connect'. What can I do?

    The service has not been allocated to your TomTom account yet, could you get in touch with our customer service team along with the order number, please?
    They should help you sort out the subscriptions on the account.
