how do i email support to ask a question

OMG - how on earth do i email support to ask a question, i've looked through every contact page for over an hour and can't find an email address... this is CRAZY!!!

You are best to use the Chat facility, not the Chatbot, which is available during normal working hours Mon/Friday.
Try the following:-
Tap Support at the top of this page
You then HAVE to Sign in Top Right of next Page. (you have to do this)
When signed in, and not before, Tap Contact Us bottom right
Support Box appears and at the bottom with a message option
Type Contact or Chat in the box
If Chat is available you should be offered the chance to Tap Live Chat
If it is Out of Hours for Chat you should be offered an option to message
If it does not work exactly as described then try another Web Browser.
You could ask the question here and possibly get an answer that way.

Still cant see contact us option on bottom right corner (after i have signed in)
This has to be the worst company to get in contact with someone...great sat navs but useless aftersales...
Do you know how i can transfer data (saved destination) from 1 sat nav to another (bought a new one, which im regretting)

What are the model names of the devices you wish to transfer the data FROM --> TO ???

For Tomtom Support Email or Chat lines...
(Monday to Friday Normal Office Hours)
Chat… Will be available during Normal Office Hours
Email… Will be available outside of Normal Office Hours

thanks for the reply..
Cant see the chat option(bottom right corner) as per the video i watched, so thats a very annoying (and i have signed in)
But, i have just signed in with the prem x unit, and it has downloaded my saved destinations off my old nav 5000...
like i said, great products, just using website and being unable to speak with someone easily , lets tom tom down... but thankyou for your response, maybe i was out of hours as to why i cant see the chat box??
