GO PREMIUM X not connecting to traffic unless connected to WIFI

I have restarted the device, soft reset device and factory reset - no change.

    Hi @Mickv

    There is a known issue in Belgium whereby the Traffic data cannot be received via the inbuilt mobile sim. Meanwhile connecting you phone via Bluetooth is one solution. If you were to leave Belgium you should find the Traffic data via the inbuilt.t sim should work fine.
