How do a transfer a subscription from Android to iPhone?

I have a valid subscription on my old Android phone, but have recently swapped phones to a new iPhone 13. When I open the TomTom Go app on my iPhone I get a message stating that my subscription has expired and that I need to purchase a new subscription. There doesn’t seem to be a way of bypassing this screen without going through the purchase process. How can I transfer my Android subscription to my new phone?

    Hi Scart67,

    It would seem not be possible as it relies on the Google or Apple Pay systems from the app store, so you would need to cancel the android one then switch to the iOS subscription.
