Rider 550 keeps rebooting during boot
My Rider550 never finishes booting, but keeps resetting itself and boots over and over again.
I tried a hard reset and managed to get this screenshot:
The device never shows up in the device manager in Windows and I have no way of accessing it.
The device is less than 3 years old. Any ideas?

I got mydrive to restore the device (version 4.2.12.4208). It came to 100%. Unfortunately the device still doesn't complete startup. The progress bar gets stuck on roughly 99% for a while and then the device reboots.0
