Due to moving, and not using my device for a while, I find it is not up to date and I cannot update it due to the following reasons.
1. I no longer have the e mail address which it was registered under, or access to it
2. I have forgotten the Password associated with this e mail address and device
3. I have tried setting up a new account but the device needs to be cleared of the old account first
HELP
I have tried to cancel the old account, but that requires me to enter details which I do not have
