Why does my Go Premium stop download at 91% ?

I tried to update 3 months ago which failed. I've had numerous e-mail discussion with Support but cannot download UK map despite many attempts. I've emptied the folder and have no Maps installed. I've uninstalled Connect 3 times and reinstalled without success, although the download is a lot quicker after reinstall it ALWAYS stops at 91% with the 'download failed' message. I cannot access the page on the device showing 'settings' I can only access 'settings' from TTConnect. Any suggestions would be welcome

    Hi @johnguttridge

    Try charging the unit using the supplied cable and an Apple or similar phone mains charger plug that takes the cable. When fully charged, circa 2 hours, press and hold in the On/Off button for 20 seconds plus until you hear the drumroll sound then let the button go.

    tried that again but still stops download at 91% If I uninstall TTConnect program and reinstall the download is a lot quicker although it still stops at 91% I am unable to get the 'Settings' display on the device.
