Cancel update map/card
My Tomtom Go520 of 2 years old didn't updated anymore. After restarting message appeared "no card available" you have to install at least 1 card before you can use the TomTom, add a map. Despite the lifetime cards, a new card was ordered and paid for online. But no matter what I do the "No card available" message keeps coming back. It is not possible to go to another menu on the Tomtom. Can the purchase be cancelled? And how can a hard reset be done because the TomTom cannot be used.
