Does Tom Tom exist or is the whole show a scam?

Ordered a tom tom 550 from these guys. Happy to take the money, then no delivery and no contact. Paid via paypal so have escalated this to a refund. Vikram, if you are monitoring this site, get in touch. Would be happy to provide details and see if you can fix this

    Thanks for the reply.
    It looks like the heads up worked. Sales contacted me to let me know they are looking into it. To be honest, it looks like it is a time buying exercise and regardless, the PayPal refund claim will stand until I have the item delivered to me.

    PayPal found in my favour and refunded money in full. I guess that`s the end of that, but the question still remains, does Tom Tom still exist or is this whole show a scam?
    Thanks Vikram for raising this with the alleged "Customer Service Team" but it came to nothing. You did all you could.
