Good morning. I bought a 6 inch Tom Tom discover. After connecting it to my phone, it gives me this message from the mobile phone above. Device out of range. Usually in previous models it gave the QR code and everything worked perfectly. But in this way he does not receive messages and calls. I have done all the steps, tethering etcetc but nothing .. What can it be? Why don't you give me the qr code?

Welcome to the community!
The GO Discover is not compatible to work with the MyDrive app. It just uses internet data via standard Bluetooth® pairing

Note: You should still be able to send routes and destinations via MyDrive app or web as long as you are using the same TomTom account on the GO Discover.
