Device not responding when updating with my drive connect GO6000

Mydrive connect wiped the map from my tomtom, and now won't install the update. I have a formatted SD card on which the map was previously, and my drive connect recognises that but won't install the new map on it. It's big enough. It keeps saying 'Device not responding" I'm using the right cable, etc etc. most recent version of my driveconnect, not doing anything differently from what I have done before.

I've tried loading a much smaller map on it, but it just does the same thing. It's really annoying.

I tried talking to the useless chatbot. I can't get to support that way because it ghosted me.

    Ok, I've fixed now by quitting and restarting my drive connect.
