How do I get the correct map

I inadvertently chose the wrong map when I was completing updates. I have tried to change it and everything shows as connected, however, it seems to get to get stuck when transferring the data from the computer to the device. It says updating device, but this has been like this for hours. Is there anything I can do?

    Welcome to the community!
    Could you disconnect the device > Exit MyDrive Connect application > Delete the HOME3 folder located at-

    MacOS: Users\username\Library\Application Support\TomTom\
    Windows - C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\TomTom

    Now connect the device again and check for updates..
