Hi! I've an huge problem with my nav (device is an old GO500 Model:4FA50 (4FA5.001.06)). After the last software update, it stopped working days ago. I've tried many times to make a soft reset or enter recovery mode, but that seems like these options were uninstalled. To be more specific: when I try to do a soft reset, it works. It restarts, I hear the drums sound from the speaker but after this...boom, it goes stuck again at TomTom screen. Then I tried to enter recovery mode (I've seen the how-to videos on TomTom support site) but the same: stuck at TomTom screen. Battery is full. In the past recovery mode worked flawlessly, I used it. Now it seems like it's not installed...does anybody know how to unlock this? Is it possible to recover from? Thanks in advance.

Well, that's what I feared since the first time I see this happen. Where can I find hardware assistance? The nav is also obviously out of the warranty period0 -
