My speed camera subscription isn't working. I subscribed for 12 months and is showing as active on my account. But I keep getting messages to renew subscription.

If you have purchased a 12 month subscription, this subscription expires soon, normal that Tomtom asks you to renew it?

I subscribed on 28th February this year. It says active but it doesn't work.0

It was working until Monday then just stopped.0

Factory reset the device.
If still the same
on your Mydrive connect account, delete the installed speed cameras then reinstall them.0 -
Still not working. I think its an I.T issue at TOMTOM0

have you double checked your radar settings?
Because speed cameras are also on the map.
