START42 - Information about pernament radars disappeared

Hello,
I have been using START42 for several years. On this device I had 3 month free update for radar service. After expire this service had not been updated, but anyhow it showed position of known radars. After last update, there is no more any information about radars.
Can somebody help me to troubleshoot it?

    The functionality of TomTom models has changed, speed camera services are linked to a subscription.
    When a speed camera subscription expires, the TomTom device stops issuing alerts.
